    Amazing Product and Customer Service.

    Absolutely amazing! I recently received my Custom Check-In luggage and I’m in love! Love the design and practicality of the interior layout. The wheels glide with ease over, tile, carpet and asphalt. Handle is super sturdy even in the most extended position. Not a single complaint about the bag.

    The customer service at Roam is worth the price of their products alone (not to mention the high quality fit and finish on their products). I’ve spoken via cell and email with a few members of the staff and I’m blown away. I’m blown away by the response time, hospitality, and overall experience.

    If you are in the market or on the fence about purchasing, go for it! You won’t regret it!

    Global travel

    My wife and I purchased our first Roam “check-in” (expandable) luggage for our trip to Spain. We are glad we did, for the rugged shell and durable wheels helped ensure an ease of transportation. There was a slight issue though, TSA was a little too rough with out bag and cracked the shell… fortunately the lifetime warranty is a real item offered and Roam held true and resolved the issue without any fuss. Their customer service was great.

    A wonderful product from an EXCELLENT company!

    The custom-colored suitcase is wonderfully fun and of high quality. I had a problem with UPS, and the agent from Roam handled everything quickly and professionally to help. The service from Roam was impeccable!! We purchased a Check-in Expandable, which is a perfect size for week-long trips. The wheels roll easily and the valise is steady. My only critique is that the white zipper band is not the same color white as the handle (the handle is pure white while the zipper band is a bit off-white in comparison). Besides that odd little surprise, everything else about the suitcase is perfect.
