US shipping rates
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous US. In a hurry to ROAM? We get it. Select one of our expedited shipping options to get your suitcase more quickly— even next-day.

Expedited shipping orders placed before 3pm EST will be fulfilled and processed for shipping same-day. All expedited orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed for shipment the following business day.

Our friends abroad deserve the world’s best suitcase, too. ROAM offers flat-rate international shipping via UPS to provide you with the best international shipping experience. Best of all, all taxes and duties are included— so there won’t be any surprises when you receive your case.

How long will my order take to ship?
Every ROAM suitcase is hand-built in our own facility in California— it’s how we’re able to keep such a close eye on every component and ensure the final product is truly the best. After you place your order, our team requires 24 hours to build your custom luggage from scratch. You’ll get an email notification when your order is ready to ship— then it’s only a short wait until your suitcase arrives at your door.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. box?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
What’s your return policy?
We’re sure you’ll love your ROAM luggage just as much as we do, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day trial period for all orders— including customized cases. If you don’t agree that ROAM is the best suitcase in the world, you can return your case for free with no questions asked— even if you’ve taken it on a trip or two in the meantime. Refunds for returns that meet our policy terms will be applied to the original form of payment.
Still unsure after 60 days? Keep testing out your case for up to 100 days and you can still receive store credit for your return.
Please note that customized orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return. Any fees associated with expedited shipping services are non-refundable.
