We’re sure you’ll love your ROAM luggage just as much as we do, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day trial period for all custom orders. If you don’t agree that ROAM is the best suitcase in the world, you can return your case— even if you’ve taken it on a trip or two in the meantime. Even customized cases can be returned.

Refunds for returns that meet our policy terms will be applied to the original form of payment.

Our free shipping for returns and exchanges only applies to shipping in the US and Canada. International shipping options may be available for an additional cost. Any fees associated with expedited shipping services are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
