    Every ROAM suitcase is hand-built in our own facility in California— it’s how we’re able to keep such a close eye on every component and ensure the final product is truly the best. After you place your order, our team builds your custom luggage from scratch. You’ll get an email notification when your order is ready to ship— then it’s only a short wait until your suitcase arrives at your door.

    Shipping Internationally

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to countries outside of the United States at this time.

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

     

    Return policy

    We’re sure you’ll love your ROAM luggage just as much as we do, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day trial period for all orders. If you don’t agree that ROAM is the best suitcase in the world, you can return your case— even if you’ve taken it on a trip or two in the meantime. Even customized cases can be returned, but please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to the return of customized cases.

    Refunds for returns that meet our policy terms will be applied to the original form of payment.

    Any fees associated with expedited shipping services are non-refundable.
