    Worth the wait

    I have had my eye on this luggage for at least 2 years, and I finally bit the bullet and bought it. Thankfully, I am not disappointed! Two of the things I was worried about was the ease of cleaning, and the sturdiness of the piece, itself. I am happy to report that it excelled in both categories. After being on the conveyor belt at the airport, it was filthy, and scratched. As the cleaning instructions said, though, I used the magic eraser on it and the grease and grime came right out. The scratches are there to stay, but I expected that. Overall, it is a solid product that I am happy to have bought!

    Outstanding product and great customer service

    It has been a long time since I have been so delighted with a product and the customer service. I don't write product reviews, but Roam deserves some kudos. I have been a customer since 2019. I purchased my first carry-on suitcase after reading some reviews in a travel magazine. I travel extensively and try to use only a carry-on bag for most trips. The bag was a bit pricey at the time, but I figured it was worth it given the thousands of miles it would travel with me each year. It did not disappoint. I loved being able to design my own bag. It was light, but sturdy, and I could fit everything I needed with the compression boards providing max efficiency. The wheels handle beautifully and I have enjoyed it for years. Last month I traveled to Africa and unfortunately, the airline cracked the shell. I emailed Roam. They responded almost immediately and I had a new bag within a week. They actually mean lifetime warranty. In these days of cheap products and shoddy service, Roam is an example of what quality means. It is completely worth whatever price as I am sure I would have paid as much by having to replace a less quality bag with a new one each year. I would recommend this product and company to anyone.

    Travel with elegance and confidence

    I purchased two carry-ons for our European trips and cruise this year. I was worried at first if our 3 weeks worth of clothing will fit but they did plus a little more room for our books. I was amazed of how spacious this luggage is. The wheels are smooth and easy to maneuver. I was not afraid to wheel it anywhere or bump it on anything. I also like the compression system to hold the items inside the bags incase I have to open the bag for TSA check. Nobody wants to expose their personal items in front of everyone. And the board has a zipper pocket for important documents. We can't wait for our next trip and will be using our suitcases with us.
