This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by ROAM, Inc., which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is available to customers in the United States. This offer may only be redeemed once per order. Void where prohibited by law.
OFFER: For every purchase that includes an eligible product, qualifying participants will receive a free gift. Eligible products are limited to hardshell luggage, duffels, or backpacks. LIMIT ONE FREE GIFT PER ORDER. To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase and pay for a minimum of 1 piece of luggage, 1 duffel or 1 backpack. PRIOR OR PENDING PURCHASES IN A SEPARATE ORDER, GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, COUPONS, OTHER OFFERS, TAXES, SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE QUALIFYING PURCHASE AMOUNT.
FREE GIFT: Roam will provide pre-determined configurations of the Market Tote and Travel Pouch Sets, allowing customers to choose either one of the Market Totes or one of the Travel Pouch Sets as their free gift. Colors may not be customized on the free gift products, and are available WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Roam may change the colors and specifications of the free gifts at any time, based on availability.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The offer period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on November 21, 2022 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on November 28, 2021.
DELIVERY OF FREE GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE: The free items will be shipped in the same box as the qualifying product that was purchased.
EXCLUSIONS: All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise bartered.
REFUNDS: ROAM’s standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by these terms.
If a qualifying purchase is made, and some or all of the merchandise is returned during the Promotion Period, refunds will be adjusted for net customer spend during the Promotion Period.
If a qualifying purchase is returned but the customer retains the free gift, ROAM reserves the right to reduce the amount of a customer’s refund by the value of the free gift. For example, if a customer keeps their Market Tote and returns their qualifying purchase, the dollar amount of the refund will be reduced by $125. If a customer keeps their Travel Pouch Set and returns their qualifying purchase, the dollar amount of the refund will be reduced by $95.
