A few months ago, my husband and I purchased one carry-on and one checked bag in preparation for our honeymoon in Italy. Both bags held up SO well over 2 flights, 3 trains, a bus, a taxi, 3 hotels, a ferry, two more trains, an Uber, the metro, a final train, and two flights back to the US. I am a BIG supporter of US-made products and we're both VERY happy with how our luggage handled our international adventure. And the custom culors make them easy to spot at baggage claim. We already sent one friend to your website and he bought a carry-on, and we'll continue to recommend you to friends and family in the future. Thank you for manufacturing in the USA and providing jobs in an economy where it would be easy to outsource.

I bought a Roam case and can't believe how fantastic the wheels are over all kinds of terrain. The Large carry-on expandable luggage fit enough clothes for a 3 week trip! We checked our bags coming home and typical airline luggage handlers through it so hard the shell cracked. When I notified Roam about the crack Alexis from customer service was on it! Roam sent out a whole new replacement that day. Never have I had such awesome customer service. When we got home from our trip my husband bought his own Roam luggage. We will be Roam luggage user's from now on. Thank you for a great piece of luggage!!

The lg expandable carry ons fit perfectly, large and small planes, my wife got red with orange zippers and handles etc, I got a beautiful DJ silver with lilac zipper and handles, Her red was a show stopper. Many many compliments on her red ones. The color choices are great, but the luggage is fantastic, high quality zippers, and use of space is well thought out. It’s tough, beautiful and a pleasure to travel with. Goes without saying…. Easy to see them on luggage carousel. Can’t go wrong with with these, and we travel a lot. Kudos to the ROAM team.
