    The plastic cover is expandable and arrives inside your luggage when you order it together. it does cover the side handle. Also, you will only have access to the top handle and extending handle.

    Great concept and quality

    I have not used this cover yet, but is looks to be a perfect fit for my checked bag. It was packed in a beautiful zipped cover for easy storage. I look forward to using it on my next trip.
