    Beautiful, quality piece of luggage.

    I bought this to replace my soft side luggage. This brand is built to last your lifetime. QUALITY+++. The compression boards were a pleasant surprise, not flimsy. Customizable colors of everything in the case is a bonus.

    Lightweight and colorful!

    I got the non-expandable version of the Carry-On suitcase from Roam and have been impressed with its lightweight and smooth rolling. I was very impressed with how quickly the suitcase was made and delivered after placing the order. I have no complaints about the overall build quality as everything looks well crafted, no loose stitching. In terms of durability, I've already taken the suitcase on 1 flight as a carry-on and it has not gotten scratched yet. The wheels are smooth and the handles feel fairly sturdy even with the suitcase packed full.

    The experience of customizing the suitcase was overall easy and fun. The website was fast and responsive, and I liked that I could save my designs. The colors are mostly accurate from what I can tell. The tan color wheels appear to be more pale orange than tan or brown from online, and the green binding has more grey undertone than I was expecting. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the Slate gloss outer shell, it looks much more stunning in person!

    I wished there were more range of outer shell colors and finish to choose from as this is the main color of the suitcase, such as glossy, matte, textured finishes. I'm very happy with the purple handles I picked.

    Lastly, I was surprised to see that the monogram appears to be printed onto the metal, and I wonder if this is something that would ultimately rub off after a few trips. This is something I wish was engraved instead. I also forgot to capitalize the letters and the monogram…
